I'm trying to understand how I can set my own sequence of numbers with a 74ls90(decade counter) and 74ls47(BCD to seven segment decoder). I've manged to understand to understand to figure out how to reset a count if the numbers are consecutive(0.1.2.3.0.etc.), but I'm having trouble trying to set 0,3,4,7,0 or 0,2,4,6,0.

Hello SK,I tried but each time I got the same error message 'External number assignment not authorized'.The purpose to create a new group counter for a same routing group is not to create a rate routing nor to add ALT seq. In fact the routing group number ie. 5000000 with counter 1 will serve as 'template' routing.Then when I want to make a material-routing assignment I will not do it on my 'template' routing counter 1 but I would like to make assignment on same group 5000000 with counter + 1. By this way I keep my 'template' routing shared by all materials link to it, and if I modify this 'template', I think changes will be reflected to all group counter + 1?Thanks,Franck. 0.
